This is great advice. My main problem, other than making decent choice decisions, is portioning. For this reason I usually have a glass or two in the halfhour before all meals, works like a charm. I schedule two between meal snacks a day where depending on the work load remaining I will hydrate or go for something with caffeine. If you can stomach taking shots of liquor you can tolerate black coffee. The trick for me is to not sip. Over ice and pound. After a few weeks I became acilimated enough to drink normal/hot sans cream/sugar too. Wow text wall. Oops I blame Mary.
