My point was my mom taught us to eat correctly, because apparently a lot of parents don't. Not saying yours didn't, but how do you think there are so many ham children. Whole eating actually isn't a buzz word it's a term used by doctors and nutritionists when it comes to teaching people how to properly eat. I don't know why you're nitpicking the choice of words I used when I was merely describing how my mother cooked for us and how it's the opposite of my brother's lifestyle now.

I'm not nitpicking your choice of words, I'm reacting to your hypersensitivity and defensiveness to being told to explain the meaning of your fad diet terminology. You should've expected for someone to question that. The people who are gullible enough to get sucked in by that kind of marketing-speak are self-hating fats who obsess about finding a quick fix.
It's pretty funny that you tried to stretch this into a critique of my upbringing. You're no more entitled to an assumption that you aren't full of shit than anyone else. Get over yourself.

I'm not sure if you misread what I wrote, but I certainly wasn't calling your upbringing into question, I actually said the opposite. I think I literally JUST got verified so it's safe to say I'm not a self hating fat, I just think food is fuel, and that's what that term refers to.
You yourself can come down off that high horse and chill over me using a word. I'm not entitled, and this is a website to hate on FAT people, which is what my post was about. MY fat brother, MY family, not anyone else.
