Potassium helps with cramping. Bananas, strawberries, and lots of water

First, I'd suggest to drink more water.

Second, Gatorade after a run ... especially if you cramp up.

Third, try to massage the area. I use a lacrosse ball, put it on the ground and try to massage the area. (You can use whatever you want massage stock, tennis ball, baseball, etc)

I heard a saltier diet can help, for dem 'lectrolytes. Otherwise, pause, grab the balls of your foot, and pull your toes to you. Calve cramps suck!
