Wait, don't dogs only see in brown color, or something like that?

Without even clicking on the link, because we take them out of the wild.

I'm tired of people acting like dogs hold the secrets to happiness. Ever seen stray dogs? They look miserable and terrified all the time. They're smart enough to know the reality of their situation: I'm hungry, I'm cold/hot, I'm thirsty, I have no home, I have no pack, I'm all alone, everything frightens me for the aforementioned reasons, etc. They're total cowards and run away from everything. It's not a happy existence.

Compare that to a dog that has a loving family: Environmentally-controlled home (never too hot and never too cold), everyone that interacts with them likes them, they've never gone hungry, no environmental dangers (other than neighboring dogs and doorbells), things like mange never become severe, etc.

Any human could be equally as happy if they had someone bankrolling the same existence.

I'm gonna disagree with this bit. There is no way some 20-something gold digger is ever as happy as a stupid dog is. Stupid dog is a level of happy and contentment that no human can know.

incorrect. what you describe is simply called mindfulness. many people achieve that state. few people can feel that way perpetually, 100% of the time, but many people are familiar with some form of mindfulness. psychedelics are a convenient shortcut in this journey to peace.

You, apparently, don't know the difference between "could" and "will"... and neither do all of those that upvoated you.

*Why don't I just do the work for you: "Could" infers possibility, whereas "will" infers guarantee. Example: "I could be dead within a few months" vs. "I will be dead within a few months."

Simple: someone else takes care of his every need, and he can lick his own balls.
